We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to the slopes for skiing. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle service and the ski pass vendor, which made our ski trip hassle-free. The room amenities were also top-notch, with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services available. The heated swimming pool and sun terrace were also lovely features. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay unforgettable.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the quality of the food, especially the included high-end breakfast and dinner that exceeded expectations. the location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the ski lifts. the wellness facilities were excellent, providing a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes.

Some of the staff lacked the expected level of friendliness and professionalism, which detracted from the overall experience. the room decor felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from more modern furnishings.
